How Full Is Too Full?
When filling your container, make sure the lid can close completely. If the lid cannot be secured due to excess trash, we won’t be able to service the container. If your waste volume increases, we can accommodate your needs by either upsizing your container or scheduling more frequent pickups. Making these adjustments promptly helps you stay on top of growing waste demands and prevents extra charges from overfilled containers or scattered trash around the waste area.
What Items are Prohibited?
Front-Load containers can handle a wide range of materials, however, there are a few items that are not allowed. The list of prohibited waste items include the following: furniture, concrete, carpet, metal, dirt, tires, barrels, wood, oil and gasoline, batteries, chemicals, hazardous waste, paint cans containing liquid or with lids still attached, bands and drums, and large non-compactable items.
